CabinRate is a free set of cruise calculators and comparison tools. We work out what a cruise is likely to cost once gratuities and add-ons are counted, grade how much a fare includes, and score itineraries, to help you compare cruises. CabinRate is not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not process bookings, payments, or take any commission from you directly — all bookings are completed on the website of the relevant cruise line, travel agent, or tour provider.
We aim to keep listings, pricing, and itinerary information accurate and up to date, but prices, availability, and itineraries are set by third parties and can change without notice. Always confirm final pricing, cabin availability, and itinerary details directly with the booking partner before completing a purchase. CabinRate is not responsible for pricing errors, changes, or discrepancies that occur on a partner's site.
CabinRate shows an estimated true cost per night, an inclusiveness grade (how much a fare bundles in), and an itinerary score. These are kept separate on purpose and are never combined into a single overall score. They are estimates based on the information you enter and our own reference data, provided for informational purposes only, and do not constitute travel advice or a guarantee of quality, suitability, or value. Clicking a booking or tour link will take you to a third-party website not operated by CabinRate. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, accuracy, security, or business practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and policies.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content or data without permission, attempting to interfere with the Site's normal operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.
The CabinRate name, logo, our scoring methodology, and the design and code of this Site are the property of CabinRate unless otherwise stated. Cruise line names, ship names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CabinRate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or any booking made through a third-party link.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
